The Present Situation And Countermeasure Research In Jiangxi Children Dance Sport

Dance Sport in our country is one of the emerging sports events. Due to its many functions offitness, artistry, entertainment and sociability, Dance Sport has increasingly gained people’sfondness. In recent years, Dance Sport has gradually carried out among groups of children inJiangxi Province，but how to carry out the case? What kinds of problems exist in the ChildrenDance Sport of Jiangxi Province? How to better promote the development of Children DanceSport movement in Jiangxi Province and so on related issues of research are rare. In order to fillthe blank of the present situation and countermeasure research in Jiangxi Children Dance Sport. Inthis paper, literature research, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and logicalanalysis have been adopted in investigating and analyzing those problems in Jiangxi ChildrenDance Sport Campaign. And to study its development countermeasure, in order to realunderstanding of Children Dance Sport development status quo of Jiangxi Province, providereference for the development of sports dance in Jiangxi Province. The results show that:1、In recent years, Children Dance Sport in Jiangxi has experienced fast development.Students are at the serious imbalance in gender ratio and have younger age tendency. Besides, theoverall burden of funding is pretty high. Parts of children have received much longer singletraining time. Last but not least, the overall competition participation is less and the results are notgood.2、The proportion of men and women teachers in Jiangxi Children Dance Sports is unevenamong the majority of them still need to be improved on teaching experience, qualifications,professional skills and motor skills. Some teachers do not standardize and improve their teachingcontent. Their teaching methods and level of training are at a low level. There is nocomprehensive teacher training and evaluation system.3、The development of referee group in cities of Jiangxi Province is not balanced. Theiroverall expertise level is pretty low as well as their education background. They have fewerreferee opportunities and lack of experience. There is lack of a comprehensive system of refereetraining system and strict appraisal system as well as relatively complete scoring rules.4、An orderly plan for dance sport competitions and complete contest mechanism has notbeen formed in Jiangxi. Fewer dance sports competitions are organized in cities. Most cities donot have the continuity of hosting the contest. Some cities even have never held competitionsbefore. There is lack of communication between the Cities.5、Jiangxi Children Dance Sports training institutions are mainly private-owned. The qualityof teaching and training has been affected due to lack of funds in some institutions that leads to theinadequate venue and facilities. Due to lack of supervision, training institutions varies greatly intheir qualities.The following recommendations are put forward aimed at the existing problems.1、Strengthen the advocacy of dance sport to improve the degree of socialization of dancesports and change public awareness as well as attract more children to join the ranks of learningdance sport.2、Build a relatively complete training and assessment system for teachers and referees toimprove the overall level.3、Based on children’s physical and mental characteristics, we should choose scientific and systematic teaching and training content to develop a standardized training program and relatedteaching materials.4、Build a sound and orderly system of provincial and municipal contests system and increasethe number of holding dance competitions.5、Increase the investment of government policies and funds, actively expand funding sources,seek social sponsor to improve the basic facilities construction for sports dance teaching andtraining.6、Strengthen the guidance and supervision of educational institutions of the competentauthorities to promote the development of educational institutions in a healthy and orderly way.
