After the Mukden Incident, Japan invaded northeast China quickly and set up the puppet regime of Manchukuo. It consolidated its government through invasion methods such as military occupation, economic plundering and national oppression,among which enslaving education was an important link.Through analysis on the existing archives about Manchukoku and the oral history from students experiencing enslaving education, the enslaving education in that period was restored in this paper. From the research perspective of social memory, the intention of Japan to enslave our people was disclosed through analysis on the memory invasion of Japan in the name of Manchukoku. It was found that,Japan built an official social memory frame through reinterpretation of the history of Manchukoku, the relationship with Japan and the international role in order to state the legality of Manchukoku and the rule of Japan on Manchukoku. Japanese invaders blotted out individual memories different from official memory frame with violence, unified individual memory.They tried to make students submit to the behavioral habits in Japan and get close to the emotional tendencies in Japan through political classes, sensual experience, various ceremony drills and body practices. In spite of their intentions, the truth was not as expected. Many students didn’t agree with their ideas though they seemed obedient in some behaviors. Many anti-forgot expressions formed obstructions for the influence of official memory frame in individual memories. Teachers and students of Northeast China had carried on unyielding resistances toward Japanese invaders’ enslaving education in Manchukuo.Japan’s intention to carry out official memory frame suitable for their ruling,blot out original social memory and individual memory compellingly, stop the inheritance of Chinese culture and vanish individual national identification was disclosed in this paper, which is a powerful refutation against the beatifying of the aggression. The study of memory aggression of enslaving education in Manchukuo shows that defending the national memory, strengthening historical education,strengthening national identity and strengthening national cohesion are of great important to the future development of China, which is not only a legacy of history,but also the enlightenment that brought by theoretical perspective and research of social memory.
