This paper used the method of experimental phonetics to study that when the range of pitch is changed, the relationship between falling tone and the other three different tones how changed. In this paper,we use the high point of the first tone and the starting point of the second tone of Mandarin as reference point, using T value method and St value method,by setting the falling tone in the first and last words of the two groups,in the different stress position;in the different prosodic boundary to do our survey. And the result is that when the falling tone is in the different position, sometimes the relationship will not change, and sometimes it will be changed.and there will be two different changing condition, the first is that the starting point will be reduced and the second is that the ending point will be increase. The study found that when the falling tone at the first strong accent location, the last natural stress position, the former words of two group and the rhythm of sentence boundaries does not cause the change of the relationship between the internal structure.but in the other cases,it will cause the change of the internal structure, and this change is mainly have two situations: the first is that when the falling tone in the prosodic phrase boundary, the starting values did not change significantly, but the finish numerical increased significantly; the second is that when the falling tone in the word boundary, in the last word of two groups, in the first natural stress, in the second natural stress, in the second strong accent and in the end strong accent of the sentence, the starting point will be reduced significantly, and the end value will not change significantly. We also found that there are three reasons for the change;the first is the range; the second is the stress and the last one is the location.
