Cultural Industrial Cluster Evolution Mechanism And Government Function Research

Under the background of economic globalization and regional integration, the cultural industry as a new economic forms, is the regional and national important cultural symbols and symbolic, become the economic core strength and booster for the development of pillar industries, and in the form of cluster to promote regional economic vitality and enhance the industry competitiveness. Therefore, to study the evolution of cultural industry cluster mechanism, to promote cultural industrial cluster evolution of sustainable development is of great significance.Cultural industry clusters as a complex economic system, its evolution has typical characteristics of complex systems. First of all, clarify the research background, purpose and significance, based on the cultural industry cluster, and the role of government in the relevant literature at home and abroad, established the logical framework and ideas. Second, discusses the related concepts and theories of cultural industry, cultural industry cluster, cultural industrial cluster evolution and self-organization, analysis of the cultural industry cluster openness, non-balance, fluctuation, nonlinear evolution conditions;Combined with the cultural industry cluster evolution, self-growth, selfderived from mature and decline process,analysis of the cultural industry cluster, nonlinear coherent、critical bifurcation、feedback and self- stabilization、selection and evaluation mechanism of evolution; Third, through the research on the mechanism of cluster evolution in Beijing 798 Art Zone, check the theoretical point of view of this paper.
