Research On The Dynamic Mechanism Of Cultural Industry Cluster Evolution

In the view of traditional economic theory,cultural industry clusters have obvious logical paradox.Economic globalization forms product trade between different regions,which will eventually lead to equalization of prices in different regions.However,the economic layout between regions does not develop in a balanced manner,and the cultural economy tends to be geographically concentrated.Therefore,the cultural industry cluster opposite to the logical paradox has become a new research focus.Domestic cultural industry clusters have become the key driving force for economic development,but most of the research on industrial clusters has remained in the manufacturing industry.Relatively speaking,there are few studies on cultural industrial clusters.Based on the characteristics of cultural industry's rich creative content,high industrial relevance and strong innovation ability,this paper studies the dynamic mechanism of cultural industry cluster evolution and deeply studies the mechanism of dynamic factors of each dynamic mechanism.Based on this,this paper uses the literature research method,the empirical research method and the comparative research method to analyze the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of cultural industry clusters under the theoretical framework of collaborative evolution,taking the various components within the cluster and their roles as the entry point.discuss in depth.This paper takes the dynamic mechanism of cultural industry cluster evolution as the research topic,draws on domestic and foreign research results,sorts out the cultural industry and its characteristics,several major industrial cluster theories and co-evolution theory,and provides theoretical basis for the study;then analyzes the cultural industry cluster The dynamic mechanism of evolution is the agglomeration mechanism,feedback mechanism,fusion mechanism and the main dynamic elements of each mechanism.The five main dynamic elements of the evolution mechanism of cultural industry clusters are obtained.Then Shanxi Province is taken as an example to illustrate the Shanxi cultural industry cluster.The current situation describes thedynamic mechanism of the evolution of Shanxi cultural industry clusters in recent years.Finally,empirical analysis is used to collect data from the six provinces of central China and the cities of Shanxi Province in 2010-2017.The indicators are selected from human capital,capital endowments,historical and cultural resources,consumer demand and government policy support based on five main factors.This paper compares and analyzes the influence of the dynamic mechanism of the evolution of clusters in six provinces of Shanxi Province and Central China,and analyzes the forces of five dynamic factors on the evolution of cultural industry clusters.Studies have shown that human capital,capital endowments,historical and cultural resources,consumer demand and government policy support all have an important impact on the evolution of cultural industry clusters.It can be seen from the comparison that the influence of each major power factor on the evolution of cultural industry clusters is different,and the promotion of Shanxi Province as a whole is far lower than that of the six central provinces,indicating that there is still a great evolution of cultural industry clusters in Shanxi Province.Space,through the main driving factors that influence the dynamic mechanism of evolution,achieve higher quality improvement of cultural industry clusters in Shanxi Province.Whether it is Shanxi Province or the six central provinces,consumer demand and human capital play the most prominent role in cultural industry clusters among the main dynamic factors.Therefore,at the end of the article,it is suggested that cultural industry clusters should actively add new elements,attract talents,increase consumption levels,increase investment in scientific research,enhance independent innovation capabilities,improve the investment and financing mechanism of cultural enterprises,and use geo-diseologies to build characteristics under the guidance of the government.Cultural industry clusters to achieve rapid development of regional economy.
