As a minority Dynasty and the last dynasty in Chinese feudal society history, the implementation of the educational policy by the Qing Dynasty hand inherited from the previous generation, on the other hand, they show the characteristics of her own. The ethnic minority education of northeast area started under the guidance of the Qing Dynasty national culture and education policy, but also reflected the unique nature of northeast area. Basis on the previous studies and combined with the historical literatures,I focuses on the important influence and specific measures of the ethnic minorities education in Qing Dynasty northeast region. The full text is divided into seven parts, including the main part of the thesis which constituted of four chapters and the introduction, conclusion as well as reference.The first chapter named "general education of Northeast area in Qing Dynasty ", describing the development of ethnic minorities education before Qing Dynasty.the Northeastern Minority Nationality education. Discusses the political and economic measures in northeast region implemented by the Qing Dynasty as background of the ethnic minority education development in northeast area,the measures is setting three general and adopting the ban of economic policy as well as the education policy in northeast area.The second chapter named "the ethnic minorities education of Northeast area in early Qing Dynasty",discussing the education of ethnic minorities in Northeast China from Nur Ha Che established Houjin regime in Wanli forty-four years (1616) to Daoguang twenty years (1840) before the outbreak of the Opium War, which including the "national language and ride" education and the Eight Banners education implementing by Qing Dynasty as well as the of the private school education main of the education activities by the northeast exiles.The development of education in this period has changed the very backward situation of the ethnic minority education development in Northeast area and produced far-reaching effect.The third chapter " the ethnic minorities education of Northeast area in later Qing Dynasty " discusses under the current situation, the Qing government began to implement the new deal, reform the education system and abolish the imperial examination system after the Opium War. Under the guidance of the new education system,the northeast area opened the new school education, including both the new school founded by the Qing government and the new schools founded by western colonists to implement colonial education. The creation of the new school laid the foundation for the development of ethnic minorities education in Modern Northeast areas.The fourth chapter" the influence of ethnic minorities education in Qing Dynasty northeast region" discusses the impact of education measures that the Qing Dynasty carried out for the of northeast area from the three aspects. Education not only improves the overall cultural quality of ethnic minorities, played the role of civilization, but also plays a certain positive role on the development of economy in northeast minority regions.Based on the analysis of ancient documents, local records and personal essays and other data, using research methods and theory of history, systemic research the education of ethnic minorities in Qing Dynasty Northeast area, aiming to clarify the northeast minority education development context, highlighting the importance of education to ethnic minorities development and providing historical reference for the education of ethnic minorities in Northeast area today.
