In this paper, starting from the present situation of financial activities in ethics, pointed out the lack of ethical problems in the financial activities of financial industry and the whole society has caused the serious harm, then analyzes its reasons and puts forward some countermeasures for the feasibility of the ethical constraints, thus to put forward the new research idea of financial ethics, namely the financial activities of financial activity subject to ethical constraints as the basic starting point, gradually improve the current situation of the financial markets lack of ethics.The first chapter is introduction. Expounded in this paper, the problem is proposed, the research significance and research status. This article is mainly due to the financial activities of ethical constraints and the deficiency of the lack of ethics, directly caused the outbreak of a series of financial ethics events, therefore, financial ethics research is urgently needed!
