The Investigation And Research For Qinyuan Yangko In The Protection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Qinyuan Yangko,which is active in Qin River region of Qinyuan,Shanxi,was deeply loved by the masses of the people in the nearly hundreds years.As a kind of ragtime Huagu Yangko,Qinyuan Yangko,with its popular smooth natural rhythm,become one of the most important spiritual wealth in Qinyuan.In 2009,Qinyuan Yangko successes to be selected in the first batch of intangible cultural heritage protection list of Shanxi province. Since then,everyone contributes to the protection of Qinyuan Yangko from the county government to ordinary. From Qinyuan Yangko started to apply for the provincial intangible cultural heritage protection,the professional cultural institutions,led by the government,is opened on the detailed survey and data collection.Through the positive efforts of the relevant departments,the success selected of Qinyuan Yangko promote the development of the endangered music heritage to a great extent. The cultural centers which is led by the government established professinal research insttutions and groups,the government set up the Qinyuan Yangko troupe,affiliated in Qinyuan county JinJuTuan.These institutions undertake the primary task of the protection and inheritance of Qinyuan Yangko.However, some folk art groups,as the most close to the people,spread the influence of Qinyuan Yangko more widely and deeply rooted in the hearts of the people through weddings and festival etiquette folk custom activity. The two defferent types of organization paly to their advantages to make their own efforts and contributions in different areas for the development of Qinyuan Yangko.Based on the preliminary investigation of Qinyuan Yangko,the author hope to continue to track Qinyuan County cultural centers and Chen Geng folk orchestra.This essay is divided into five parts:Part one:elaborate about Qinyuan Yangko’s original and art features;Part two:through investigating on Qinyuan Culture Center and introducing its work,So we can have a deeper understanding of the national intangible cultural heritage protection policy;Part three:select Chengeng Yanyi folk orchestral as study target,We are able to carry out a detailed understanding and description of the personnel structure, musical composition and form,rehearsal,performance form,the style,operation and economic income.Part four:Then we can discuss the work and the their advantages of the development of Qinyuan Yangko through comparing,analysing and interpreting;Part five:based on "Elegant Music in College"and "Economic stage,Cultural activities",discuss how to combine the social policy system to the work of developing the folk music well in the current economic. Let Qinyuan Yangko can still retain its original genuine when adapting social tide and put forward the views on the development of traditional culture in modern society.
