On The Seminar And Innovation Of Chinese Modern Ceramic Creations

In this paper, I combing modern ceramic history of China since the 1980s. With the concept of modern ceramics introduced by pioneer artists, some ceramic workshop were focused on modern ceramic presentation and exhibition. In Chinese modern ceramic development context, Chinese artists and foreign artists exchange modern ceramic concept and summarize its characters. From the point of view of development of modern ceramic, it’s not only on traditional Chinese mode, but on the view of globalization and contemporary, which is all under the influence of Western civilization. The biggest difference between modern ceramic and traditional ceramic is modern ceramic can fully reflects the emotional of artists in ceramic performance. World culture and art by the regional and national prosperity depends on the composition between them. The diversity and richness of cultural depends on innovation so they can continue to advance, but this innovation is also based on the basis of countries foundation, in order to keep a long-term sustainable development. Innovation keeps moving on so that human culture in the process can have more experience of wisdom and experience. And explore the development of Chinese modern ceramic art context, is to make China as the representative of the East and the West together modern ceramic flourish, and thus keeping the East and the West of ceramic into a balanced space, so that the world of culture can get more balanced development.
