Shanxi Folk Songs In The Application Of National Vocal Music Teaching And Explore

The music of the Chinese nation culture development to today has ancient history. As one of the birthplace of the Chinese nation, Shanxi has experienced a long period of cultural accumulation, having rich historical and cultural heritage. As for Shanxi, we have to mention the Shanxi folk songs, which has long been hailed as the “sea of folk songs”.With strong local flavor, unique artistic style and incomparable local characteristics, it has been regarded as the eminent folk songs all the time.On the basis of Shanxi folk songs and as its examples,firstly, I summarize the history origin, geographical distribution, types, music features and cultural connotations of Shanxi folk songs, as well as analyzing its important role and influence to national vocal music. As an indispensable part of national vocal music,Shanxi folk songs has been the promoting force of national vocal music,which has has an important aesthetic value, cultural value and heritage value to the development of national vocal music. Secondly,In combination with my teaching practice,I analysis the application of Shanxi folk songs in the national vocal music teaching.Firstly, there are some works of Shanxi folk songs familiar to everyone in teaching material of college,which I will use specific examples to explain the profound meaning containing the teaching. Secondly, as a representative figure of Shanxi folk songs, Guo Lanying’s singing is affected and edification by it and opera music, with unique style and lasting appeal.Combining Guo Lanying’s classic works and my teaching, it has a guiding role to emphasize her teaching to national vocal music. Finally,it is my some thinking and suggestions about this paper. Through the popularization, innovation and development of relevant departments and some universities to Shanxi folk songs, as well as innovative reformation of teaching form and method of the teaching content, it has provide some specific ways to improve the proportion and status of Shanxi folk songs in the teaching of art practice, which has practical and profound significance to further improve artistic expression of Shanxi folk song in singing teaching and enrich the singing style of the contemporary national vocal music.
