Yuexi dialect belongs to the language family of Huaiyue in Gan dialect. Currently, the comparatively influential personnel on the research of Yuexi dialect shall be Mr. Chu Chengzhi and Mr. Chu Zexiang. This paper has made a detailed survey on the aspect of Yuexi dialect based on fieldwork, by means of collecting a great amount of linguistic data. Meanwhile, it has described and summarized the aspectual system of Yuexi dialect, and made a detailed description analysis on the aspectual markers thereof.Chapter 1 The introduction has presented the overview of Yuexi; research purpose and meaning, research thought and method of this paper; and has made a simple comparison of the phonetic system between Yuexi dialect and mandarin.Definition and theoretical research of the aspect have been summarized from the domestic and foreign aspects. And the previous theoretical methods of research have been uncovered, which should the important basis for the preparation of this paper.Chapter 2 Based on the observation analysis on a great amount of linguistic data, the aspectual system of Yuexi dialect is summarized as:perfective aspect, experience aspect, durative aspect, progressive aspect, ingressive aspect and tentative aspect. Meanwhile, representation forms of these aspects have been summarized in detail, and other possible aspect categories have been analyzed as well.Chapter 3 In the process of researching the aspectual system of Yuexi dialect, peculiar aspectual markers have been found, for example: "着" ("Zhe") respectively representing the perfective aspect and the durative aspect; "在" ("Zai") in the durative aspect and progressive aspect; and "θΏ‡" ("Guo") representing the experience aspect. Situation of appearance of these aspectual markers has been summarized, and described by combining the specific examples.
