(一)Importance of the topicOne of the serious negative biosocial consequences of alcoholism is a pathogenic influence of the mental and neurological condition of health of the posterity. Study of the mental and neurological health condition of the children of alcoholic parents and study of the factors which influenced on them, elaboration of the medical end social care and preventive measures in present time is actual scientist researching problem.(二)Goals and tasks of research Main goal of this research is: -A evaluation of the mental and neurological health condition of the children of alcoholic parents in the population level, -Study of the forms of the mental and behavioral changes, their structure, clinical manifestation and factors of the origin.(三).Results of the work 1. Among children of alcoholic parents in the 48.9% of cases was mental and behavioral changes. This indicator as compared with foreign publications is on the high level of correlation. Last part of children was healthy. 2. Probability of origins of mental end behavioral changes among children of alcoholic parents shown by the following line equation:With high statistics reliability(P<0.96) but in our research mental and be behavioral changes among children of alcoholic parents increased by the law of line dependence mental and behavioral changes among children of alcoholic parents were shown in the group of age from 7 to 15 years(74.5%-78.9%), without any sex difference. Risk rate of mental and behavioral changes among children of alcoholic parents from 10 to 12 years old(10.505 per 100) 3. Most spreading mental and behavioral changes of the children of alcoholic parents are behavioral and emotional disorders, mental retardation and mental development disorders, that start in childhood and teenagers age. This structure practically is a same with other researches. 4. Results of our research permit us to promote hypothesis that cause of mental behavioral disorders of the children of alcoholic parents that arise among children of alcoholic parents connected in low power(15.4%-39.7 of cases) with biological factors(with cooperation with negative influence of environment) and in the more high power(43.5-73.8%) connected with negative influence of micro-social surroundings in the background of minimal brain insufficiency. 5. Among children with mental and behavioral changes revealed mental development delay(35.7%) and pathological personality(41.9%). Predominate psychasthenic, irritable and excited types 6. Among children of alcoholic parents that started to use alcohol early revealed neurotic manifestation connected to stress and aptypical alcohol intoxication. These children grown up and educated in the incomplete family in the environment of violence and psychological huamos.
