Mo Yan as a leader of the new period literature is one of them, What affects him most is both the Garcia Marcks’ s magic realism novels and William Faulkner’s stream of consciousness novels. With the initial imitation and reference and fused to his real life experiences and Chinese traditional literary factors,MoYan creates his own illusion of realism.In his novels, readers can read the strangeness expression of the Western modernist literature, can touch the fox ghost of traditional literature. In 2012 Mo Yan won the Nobel prize, quickly set off a "Mo Yan " at home and abroad,at the same time, His novels are under a different label: "hallucinatory realism", "magic realism", "stream of consciousness", "seeking the root of literature", "new sensation" and so on.The out of order of the label is bound to affect the understanding of Mo Yan’s novels, with a single literature conception to interpretate Mo Yan’s novels is not scientific. This paper mainly from three aspects to discuss the influence of different factors on the literature of Mo Yan, The integration of different literature resources and the writing style,Systematically dissect Mo Yan’s works. Dig hard for the deeper meaning expression of his works, trying hard to fill the lack of previous research materials. The first part of the thesis mainly discusses the influence of Mo Yan "s novels: the influence of the western modernist literature to Mo Yan and the inheritance and development of Chinese classical literature.
