| Requiem for String Orchestra that the Japan composer Toru Takemitsu (1930-1996) early first orchestra piece, the music in a unique harmony have formed distinctive sound of Toru Takemitsu. Because the whole work is "atonal", but it is not completely applied composition techniques of the 20th century a particular creation of, which makes the harmonic analysis of this work caused great difficulties.This article mainly uses (Pitch-class set) system to for "normal form", "prime form", "interval-class vector" of each chord in the works.the detailed statistics and the calculation is carried out, as far as possible with rational thinking to analyze, to find out which and sound use of law, summed up several harmony writing techniques and try to use these technologies for the actual creation. |
