Sartre(1905- 1980) was one of the great thinkers and writers of France in the twentieth Century. Sutter’s existentialism and a series of his literary masterpiece, has made the tremendous contribution to the development of human culture. His philosophy and his works have a profound influence on the world literature.This thesis consists of the introduction, the first chapter, the second chapter, summarizedin four parts.The first chapter, the historical process of the formation of Sartre existentialism is introduced briefly.Focusing on the premise of Sartre existentialism form: content of objective conditions,there are specific to the war and the political and economic crisis of philosophy and the development of science and technology of the subjective condition and influence ofSutter’s existentialism form thoughts etc. In order to explore the social background and ideological origin of Sutter’s existentialismform.The connotation of Sartre existentialism is discussed : thespecific elementsof existentialism, freedom ofchoice, the relationship between the three content. And Sartre’s Novels《Nausea》、《drama confinement 》、Theatre《(Huis-clos no exit》 and 《(Les Mains sales 》and《The Fly》, analyzed the connotation of Sartre existentialism.In summary, the positive and negative influence of Sartre’s existentialism is summarized..
