The first time Art investment fund appearing was in 2007 in China’s financial markets. In 2009, it was the golden age of the Art investment fund, in 2009; it had issued a large number of art funds. In 2013, the year of art fund centralized payment, a large number of art funds delisting, circulation shrink. In this short period of 7 years, Chinese art fund market has experienced the trough of the cycle that was bud-Development-prevailed.Through literature review, the actual case analysis, comparative analysis, chart analysis, and reading a lot of literature, this paper in-depth analysis of Chinese art investment fund. In this paper, based on "Sheng Shi Bao Zang" as the case of this paper, it was first introduced the issuing status, design and distribution processes of this case. Then combine the case to analyze Chinese art investment fund market, management structure, operational processes, operational aspects, a detailed analysis of the role of each case subject participating institutions, the operation of the Fund. In a case modeled analyzes the problems of art investment funds, including funds period is too short, the existence of the fund management agency division of the high cost and lack of supervision, art buying mode and exit mechanisms functioning single way, artwork fund industrial chain is not complete, lack of risk control management oversight laws. Finally, to address these issues to improving the art investment fund strategies and recommendations.
