Liu Cixin is one of the representative figure of contemporary science fiction literature. He is in accordance with the "Hard" science fiction creation principle and follow the scientific logic for novel creation. At different phases of his creation, he always has his own unique creative ideas and put them into experiment,in order to create a characteristics that is different from the western SF literature. He wants to explore the Chinese unique style and theme science-fiction literature.His work is famous of the grand atmosphere and full of imagination. For eight years, he won the award of Chinese SF Galaxy from 1999 to 1999. His science fiction successfully combine the intangible imagination with heavy reality, and it has both the elite thought and humanistic care,show the scientific beauty, emphasis on science and faith.His work create a unique Chinese type of science fiction. In this paper, Liu Cixin’s creation has been put in the historical background to study, inorder to explore his construction to Chinese contemporary science fiction.This thesis consists of introduction, text, conclusion of three parts. The introduction part summarizes Liu Cixin’s research status at home and abroad, explains the significance of the topic and the thought. The text consists of three chapters, the first chapter traces the historical development of Chinese science fiction literature reviews, Liu Cixin pointed out the generation of science fiction writers in Contemporary Chinese Science Fiction literature is in a profound knowledge of the stage, and Liu Cixin is a pioneer in this stage; the second chapter mainly analyzes Liu Cixin on the construction of Chinese Science Fiction today, Liu Cixin pointed out that the science fiction creation concept to reality and pure science fiction feedback phase equilibrium concept from the beginning of the pure science fiction, while mining and civilization to the scientific concept of reflection and beliefs of the supreme value of Liu Cixin science fiction; the third chapter is the study of Liu Cixin’s unique science fiction aesthetic style, Liu Cixin clear calm the narrative style and emotional tone, explains the reality and imagination of the novel with the double line narrative, realistic science fiction show by surrealist style, romantic style of beauty through science fiction show. The last part is the conclusion, has carried on the summary to the text, points out that Liu Cixin as an iconic symbol of the contemporary Chinese Science Fiction literature has been successfully exported overseas, become Chinese contemporary science fiction literature "Amplifier".
