Self-efficacy in recent decades has been a focus on behavioral research in psychology, in the economic crisis hit many times in a few countries around the world under the employment rate has been sluggish, and high unemployment is often a huge social instability factors, dimensional both from individual happiness and consider from the Angle of social stability, the job search behavior job search behavior, especially the job-hunting behavior of college graduates is very necessary.Self-efficacy as an important predictor variable of behavior, a number of studies tries to describe the relationship with job search behavior. But on the one hand, some scholars on the self-efficacy theory, self-efficacy and behavior, there is significant positive correlation between specific to the job search behavior, they think that self-efficacy is an individual of the gap between their own conditions and the conditions needed for September’s subjective reaction. High self-efficacy, perceived gap is smaller, the job search activities have more confidence, more willing to devoted to job search activities, and low self-efficacy tend to shy away from job search activities. So the job search self-efficacy affects the job search behavior. On the other hand also have some learning ideas of using control theory to study job search behavior. Cybernetics thought acknowledging self-efficacy is the individual subjective response to the gap, on the one hand, that the individual with the external environment and specific mission objectives constitute a control system, in this kind of system, individuals according to external feedback to adjust their behavior to ensure that the goals, and the strength of this kind of behavior is positively related to the perceived gap. Specific to the job search behavior domain, high perceived self-efficacy of individual small gap, so on the job into smaller, and low self-efficacy is due to the perceived gap is big, so will cover should be increased to ensure employment. So the cybernetics thought that job search self-efficacy is negatively related to the job search behavior.Contrary to these two kinds of theory, and are supported by a part of the research, it shows that cover the relationship between self-efficacy and job search behavior is more complicated. So further in-depth research to clarify relationships between two variables is particularly important.Job-hunting behavior, a large number of studies support job behavior that job behavior is a multi-dimensional variable, on the basis of predecessors’ Blau (1994) put forward the job search behavior consists of two stages, the two phase behavior represented the job preparation behavior and active job search behavior. And Blau think job prepares us for active job search behavior is one of the most important predictor variable. In addition, in the perceived economic relationship between stress and job search behavior research also has a lot of research confirmed that the perceived economic pressure is positively correlated with job search behavior. This study based on career self-efficacy theory and cybernetics theory were put forward to predict positive self-efficacy positive and negative job search behavior assumption, and then to apply for a job to be prepared for the behavior into the research attempts to job intermediary role. Then introduce the perceived economic pressure variable, discuss the relationship between self-efficacy and job search behavior for employment, trying to confirm the self-efficacy theory and cybernetics theory applied to each situation. In specific research process of this study is divided into two steps of this research is divided into two steps:the first step for the development of college students’ job search behavior questionnaire Chinese version, in this step, this study first translated the Blau (1994) development of job search behavior questionnaire, and in conjunction with the professional teachers and the students completed the questionnaire item review, finally to many universities of Wuhan used in this study in Wuhan university of sample of 150 students has carried on the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, finally completed the revision of the college students’ job search behavior questionnaire Chinese version. The second step of this research for specific empirical research, in the second step of this research by questionnaire of college students’job search behavior, job search self-efficacy questionnaire and perceived economic pressures questionnaire as research tools. Graduating class of 122 students in Wuhan many university students for the study of the samples found in the job search self-efficacy affects the job search behavior positive behavior, but its influence is completely positive mediation job behavior of job preparation behavior. In addition as a moderator variable perceived economic pressure on career self-efficacy and job preparation behavior significantly negative regulation effect, the relationship between perceived economic pressure to simultaneously job search self-efficacy behavior affect the active job search behavior is prepared through job intermediary relationship adjustment effect is remarkable. At the same time, this study analyzed the gender, education, family income, residence and other demographic variables on job prepares us for active job search behavior, the influence of the behavior and the use of AMOS the Bootstrap function tested variables such as gender, education, family income, household register for job-hunting preparation behavior and the total effect and influence of active job search behavior directly effect the results found that gender on job preparation and the total effect of active job search behavior and direct effects are not significant. Degree of job preparation and the total effect of active job search behavior and direct effects are not significant. Household register for job preparation and the total effect of active job search behavior and direct effects are not significant. Degree of job preparation and the total effect of active job search behavior and direct effects are not significant. Annual family income of the total effect of job preparation and active job action and direct effect is not significant.
