As a result of college expansion, the number of graduates of college students increased year by year, college students employment problem is becoming a hot spot of society to discuss problems, job-hunting behavior of college students is more and more attention.This study is the relationship between personality traits and job behavior analysis, this paper firstly developed is suitable for the college students’job search behavior questionnaire, and then select the big five personality, proactive personality and career decision-making self-efficacy as the measured variables of the personality traits, explore its and job search behavior, the relationship between job search effort and results. The results prove that:(1) This job search behavior questionnaire is divided into two dimensions:preparation before the interview behavior and direct job search behavior, the dimensions of alpha coefficients are0.863and0.869respectively.(2) Responsibility of big five personality dimensions and dimensions of other variables are very significant;All dimensions of career decision-making self-efficacy (self evaluation, collecting information, target selection, planning, and problem solving), proactive personality and job search behavior of two dimensions (prepared before the interview and job search behavior directly), job search efforts, and the result of the job (number of interviews and admission) are significantly related;(3) Responsibility through job self-efficacy in job behavior, sense of responsibility through job search self-efficacy can also be applied to job search effort and job search results;Job search self-efficacy can act directly on the job as a result, the influence on the results, but can be by job search behavior influence on the results, at the same time also can affect the result of the job through job search efforts;Responsibility cannot be directly on the results, but it can be through the career self-efficacy and job behavior affect the result of the job, but can be by job search self-efficacy and job search efforts to influence job search results.
