We are living in a consumer society with a highly developed material civilization. People change not only in life, thinking and behavior but also the interaction with information. Contemporarily, people receive the external information largely depends on the images. "Interpret the images" has become one of the cultural characteristics of the consumer society and an important part of modern life. "Interpret the images" transforms the observation styles. It also greatly changed people’s cognition of the world’s way of thinking at the same time. In order to research the reason why "Interpret the images" transforms the observation styles and the problem in the transformation, this essay analysis it under the context of consumer society. In other words, the essay is talking about in the news, documentary photography, in the process of the development of "fraud" phenomenon caused by the "crisis of confidence".
