Qing Yang, historical and deeply inside story, is located in the loess plateau of Eastern Gansu. Paper-cutting folklore in Qing Yang Gansu region of State-level the Intangible Cultural Heritage are living witnesses to the history and culture of the Chinese nation. Qing Yang paper-cutting with its plain, bold, simple, warm and overflowing characteristics, unique in the national folk paper-cutting of all kinds, it is more likely to reflect the folk life of the people in the Western region, has special cultural value and cultural spirit. In recent years, with the acceleration of socio-economic living standards and cultural change, the inter-generational transmission of traditional relationship of consanguinity and region structure changes, traditional stereotypes be broken, formed a new relationship in modern industry structure. The heir accept and inherit the conveyor’s the original plain folk concepts, at the same time, give traditional paper-cutting in a new open invigorating and inclusive, which make it an important thrust of economic and career development of local culture. It is a new generation of folk paper-cutting artist to inherit and carry forward the traditional culture, reflecting the cultural awareness of the artist.Field research is the basic method to study dynamic inheritance of folk culture. Study on the inheritance of folk paper-cutting, the key lies in the study of paper-cut artist and the inheritor. Through the fieldwork, investigating dynamically paper-cutting works, establishing reasonably the dialogue between interviewer and interviewee, these can be grooming directly the acceptability for the heir, also can understand more truly and intuitively in inheritance of folk paper-cut culture. The paper take Qi Xiumei and Hui Fujun as an example, basic on oral narrative in field research, using culture anthropology of spread theory, context theory and culture mode theory, focus analysis the process of change and persistence in ideas and ways of inheritance pattern, proceed to the next step,thinking the transmission of the Intangible Cultural Heritage protection issues, providing a new cognition and research method.
