Application Study Of Using 3D Print To Design And Make Red Stoneware Under The Background Of Integrating IT Application With Industrialization

With the development economy, informatization such as the Internet and hi-technology are permeating into our lives. What’s more, it has entered into all kinds of industries. Nowadays, a new tide symbolized by information, intelligent manufacturing, new resources and new materials is happening in the whole world. Therefore, we are also proposing that the transformation should be made by combing informatization and industrialization. As one of the traditional industries, Yixing red stoneware has experienced great influence and impact. Our formal designs are very limited and the designers can only apply traditional methods. At present, we can make red stoneware more convenient and effective in designing and manufacturing by hi-tech such as 3D printing.3D printing has been extensively applied in dark-red enameled pottery designing, which makes it more artistic. Meanwhile, it opened up the designer’s mind, and enriched the product, which lead our aesthetics. Therefore, the combining of informatization and industrialization is the inevitable results of our time progress, and is the working direction as well. It is the necessary requirements to adjust stoneware’s design and manufacturing model.This paper combines red stoneware design with the background situation in China, and discussed the transform of traditional model by applying the 3D printing based on our theory research. It is the developing tendency of red stoneware designing and will be a great innovation and revolution for this traditional industry.
