"Han Fei", a book is gathered from a single piece. However, the thought of Han Fei is self-contained. We may ask a question that what exists behind the writings patchwork system of thought. Over the years, scholars did not directly answer the question. Nowadays academic research on Han Fei often takes a particular angle, such as the angle of the history of philosophy, social history point of view, a political point of history. While each has its own point of view and reasonable place, but thought is a complete theoretical system, these angles on Han Fei can be seen as a deep cut. An important objective is to restore the history of ideas ideological thinker. Thinking research should show integrity and systematic ideology. Thus, the study of logical thinking of Han Fei is inevitable."Essay on Man" is the starting point of Han Fei logic. In the past, scholars alleged "humanity" as "human nature", or alleged "Favors " as "human nature", the results confused concepts of humanity, people’s heart, favors.
