Miyazaki Hayao is the spiritual pillar in Japanese three generations animators and serves as a link between past and future. He is a thinker who improved the cartoons to the altitude of humanity. He is known as "the national animators" and "as great as kurosawa akira in cartoon field". Deep and meaningful themes, various artistic images, illusory plots and backgrounds, profound philosophy and moral are the features of his works. In the paper ten films and television works of director Miyazaki Hayao were chosen as the study objects. By the modern allegory theory of Benjamin, on the basis of works reading and study, the analyses on the details were strengthened to hope to reveal the modern allegorical meanings in his films and television programs. There are three parts in the paper. In part one, the current study situation of Miyazaki Hayao cartoons at home and abroad was stated and the aim and meaning of the study were set forth. In part two, they stressed the philosophy moral in the films and television works of Miyazaki Hayao and specific analyses was made from four aspects:the introspection to the contradiction relationships which can not be coordinated between the human and the nature, the introspection to the unjust wars, the introspection to the developments of high technology and cultures and the introspection to human dissimilation in modern civilization. The introspection and query from Miyazaki Hayao were expressed by the analyses of above four aspects. In part three, the expression technique in the allegorical way was discussed which was the key point of the paper. On the basis of works reading and study, according to the new explication of the fable "scope" from Benjamin, the modern allegorical meanings in the works were deeply researched from four aspects which were taken by the works- metaphorical images, cracked modern civilization, gloomy loneliness and the redemptions which were never give up.
