This paper takes the theory of error analysis and marked theory as a guide, the teaching of the distinguishing words as the research object. The research content includes the distinguish words in teaching Chinese as second language(TCSL) from the perspective of classification. It investigates the teaching and learning situation of the distinguishing words, summarizes and analyzes the error types and the causes of errors. On the basis of the above research, the author respectively investigates on the current syllabus, textbooks and dictionaries, puts forward the teaching suggestions.This paper is divided into six chapters, the content of each chapter as follows.The first chapter, introduction. This chapter introduces the origin and significance of the topic, the research status, the research ideas, the research methods and theoretical basis. This chapter respectively analyzes and summaries the situation of the ontology and TCSL research about the distinguish words, which laid a theoretical foundation for the following research about acquisition and TCSL of the distinguishing words.The second chapter, the classification of the distinguishing words from different perspective.This chapter investigates on the distinguishing words of Chinese graded vocabulary and Chinese characters syllabus, analyzes the limitation of the distinguishing words’ classification from the perspective of ontology, points out the necessity of the distinguishing words classification from the perspective of TCSL, and classifies the distinguishing words from perspective of TCSL again.The third chapter, the investigation and analysis of the distinguish words in teaching and acquisition situation. This chapter mainly researches on the teaching and learning. Teaching investigation of the distinguishing words are mainly made by survey, which conducted to the teachers engaged in comprehensive classes and spoken language courses. In addition, the distinguish words acquisition investigation mainly uses the HSK dynamic composition corpus of Beijing Language and Culture University and the method of questionnaire. After collecting students’ natural data, the author investigates and analyses the acquisition of the distinguishing words for international students of different grades.The fourth chapter, the distinguish words acquisition error analysis of foreign students. This chapter is based on the error analysis theory of the last chapter, and researches the distinguish words by using error corpus, sums up the five types of errors, as well as the objective and subjective causes of error. This chapter analyzes the difference between the word error types and causes of errors, combining with the classification of other sections of the distinguishing words, and the study of the teaching and acquisition of the distinguishing words.The fifth chapter, the teaching suggestions on the distinguish words. This chapter is based on the preceding analysis and research of each chapter. This part researches and analyses the two current teaching outlines, and four teacher’s books, three dictionaries commonly used by students, and a set of TCSL materials. Besides, this chapter summarizes the existing problems, and puts forward corresponding suggestions. The fourth part which based on the study above comes up with the suggestions of the teaching principles and investigates about the distinguish words of TCSL.Last, the conclusion part summarizes the main conclusions, the innovations and deficiencies.
