Regional Spatial Effects Of Nan Chang City On The Basis Of Accessibility

With the promoting and perfection of the traffic network, accessibility has an increasing significant influence on the regional spatial effects which can give expression to the evolutions of accessibility, economic contacts and city’s attracting scope. This paper takes Nanchang City as study object and county as study unit, then go into the regional spatial effects of Nanchang City on the basis of evolution of accessibility.The conclusions of the paper are shown as follows.(1) The spatial-temporal evolution of urban size hierarchy in China has been analyzed on the perspective of aviation and railway passenger transportation. Then we discover that Nanchang City has a lower grade as aviation city than railway city.(2) The analysis of accessibility indicates that, the perfection of road network, especially for the increasing highway density and the operation of intercity rails, promotes the level of regional accessibility and rationalizes the accessibility structure. Nevertheless, there is an obvious regional discrepancy in promoted degree of accessibility.(3) The comprehensive index of counties in Jiangxi Province has been advanced in the study spell; in general, prefecture cities are superior to county-level cities, and the comprehensive quality index of counties appears to the characteristic of core-periphery.(4) The results of spatial contacts are that, the volume of spatial contacts between Nanchang City and counties in Jiangxi Province can be divided into 4 grade, those respectively are highly close connection, close connection, general contact and weak link, it affected deeply by the city’s developmental level and spatial distance.(5) Hour-circle transportation and spatial contact are introduced to estimate the attracting scope of Nanchang City, and then optimized project are put forward by the combination of two kinds of solutions. Xinjian County, Nanchang County, Yongxiu County, and Jinxian County, Fengcheng County and other counties which totally are 39, are concluded in the attracting scope of Nanchang City in optimized project.
