The recognition of auditory lexicon is a complicated psychological process. Listener need to distinguish the word in the mode of auditory presentation based on his knowledge experience.This study aims to explore the Effects of Presentation Mode,Cognitive Load and Judging times on Chinese student’s Mnemonic Monitoring ’s accuracy about auditory lexicon memorizing.There are two parts in this work :study 1 and study 2.We recruited sophomore students who passed CET4 test in 2014 as participants.Study 1 adopted mixed experimental design which is 2×2×3, learning and memorizing as cognitive tasks to explore how different presentation mode/judgment type /judgment times effect Mnemonic Monitoring ’s accuracy about auditory lexicon memorizing.Study 2 applied same methodology to explore how different cognitive load /judgment type /judgment times effect the Mnemonic Monitoring ’s accuracy about auditory lexicon memorizing and cognitive fatigue.Conclusions:1 Delayed judgment could improve accuracy of Mnemonic Monitoring about auditory lexicon memorizing;2 Cognitive load could reduce accuracy of Mnemonic Monitoring about auditory lexicon memorizing significantly;3 Judgment time has a significant affection on Mnemonic Monitoring accuracy,the more times of judgment,the higher cognitive fatigue is;4 There is a significant interaction between presentation mode and judgment times,especially in the first time of judgment,participants in visual presentation has a higher accuracy of Mnemonic Monitoring than participants in auditory presentation.5 There is a significant interaction between judgment type and judgment times,judgment times affect accuracy of Mnemonic Monitoring significantly in immediate judgment.6 There is a significant interaction between cognitive load and judgment type,only in the first time of judgment,participants have a higher accuracy of Mnemonic Monitoring in delayed judgment of learning than participants in immediate judgement of learning.
