Research Of The Motion And Effect Analysis About The Cultural Creative Industry Agglomeration In Henan

Cultural creative industry, which is a high-end industrial system of modern service industry and regarded as sunrise industry, is a new type of composite industry integrating urban economy with industry. In recent years, the trend of economic and cultural globalization strengthens continuously, and the competition among countries is dramatic. So the culture creative industry has become an important standard for measuring country’s comprehensive strength. Although the pressure of global economic is huge, cultural creative industry is bucking the trend and plays an important role in promoting economic development. So more and more countries and regions have raised the development of cultural creative industries actively, especially developed countries. There is no exception in our country, the characteristics of industry cluster have become increasingly apparent, and the cultural creative industry has been kept booming since 2004.Henan province, which is located in the central plains, has an abundant culture. It is an important birthplace of Chinese civilization, as well as the leading province of grain and industrial, creating economic benefits and social benefits. However, there are also some invisible dangers in the process, such as the lack of natural resources and backward of traditional industry. So changing the industrial structure and using the advantage the development of cultural creative industry have become the strategic goal to develop economy of Hehan province. In recent years, Henan has used their own conditions based on the level of development to explore cultural creative industries. Henan has transformed traditional culture by new technology which has promoted the production ability of digital media industry and created animation game industry. Supporting traditional culture and creating industries, it has promoted advanced technology culture creative industry simultaneously.The cultural creative industry agglomeration has play an important role in driving the development of local economy, promoting the local industrial structure adjustment and creating jobs. It has become a hot topic in government and academia. Beijing and Shanghai were the first two cities to develop cultural creative industry, so they have more academic research. Followed by Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong, the last is the central area of Hubei, Hunan and Henan. There is a lack of research on Henan culture creative industry agglomeration. Cluster level problem and factors that influence Henan agglomeration level are the starting points of this article studies. Agglomeration of Henan’s cultural creative industries is chose as the research object of this article, which is based on the industrial agglomeration and cultural creative industry related theory. Combined with the quantitative research, this article will make an empirical analysis of the Henan cultural creative industry agglomeration.Firstly, this article elaborated the research background, research objectives, research contents and research methods, summarized domestic and abroad, as well as the study of agglomeration of Henan’s cultural creative industries. After introducing the theoretical foundation of the article, it extracted several typical cluster models which were based on the domestic and foreign; then, according to the development situation of Henan cultural creative industry agglomeration, we know that Henan is developing cultural creative industry with a positive attitude. There are nearly 40 characteristic cultural villages and 60 cultural creative industry parks. The scale of development is growing. The effect of agglomeration is apparent. Through the research about Henan cultural creative industry agglomeration, the location quotient of Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Xuchang is relatively high. Luoyang has a strong delayed effect.Jiaozuo and Xinxiang are catching up with that region. But overall, compared with Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang and other cities, lagging behind Henan cultural creative industry agglomeration is obvious. The motivation of Henan cultural creative industry cluster area form was discussed from the perspectives of transformation of city functions, advantages of rent and preferential policies provided by the government, architectural space of the creative industry; the effects of development of the Henan cultural creative industry agglomeration ware discussed in this paper. It can be concluded that the multiplier effect, cluster effect and the effects of the industrial chain and knowledge spillover effect are main effects which appear in the process of cultural creative industry cluster development. The existence of these effects enables the cultural creative enterprises in gathering area to achieve its own development relying on the agglomeration district development. For problems existing in the development process of Henan cultural creative industry agglomeration, an urgent need to establish and improve the legal system and broaden the financing channel, integrate into creativity and technology, comprehensive cover consumer groups, at the same time, reasonable position cultural creative park, build a performance evaluation system. Through such systematic study of Henan cultural creative industry agglomeration, it is helpful to find the gap with advanced region in the process of development of cultural creative industry in our province, so as to promote the development of cultural creative industry.
