Cultural and creative industry is a new industry combining culture,Its proportion in GDP is higher and higher,its pillar position is more and more stable,and it has gradually become a sword for developed countries to expand foreign trade.With the deepening of the trend of economic globalization and the increasingly fierce international competition,it has become a new bright spot in the new stage of industrial development with its strong knowledge expansion,new industrial value orientation,wide coverage and rapid growth mode.In recent years,Hunan Province has increased investment in the construction of cultural and creative industries,focus on culture and creativity.They have built a strong cultural Hunan army in the press and publication,radio and television,culture and tourism,and animation industries,and made remarkable achievements.However,compared with the regions with developed cultural and creative industries,there is still a big gap.In recent years,the added value of cultural and creative industries in Hunan Province has continued to rise,indicating that its pillar industry status has been improved year by year,However,from 2016 to 2019,the growth rate of added value of cultural and creative industries slowed down significantly,indicating that cultural and creative industries have entered a bottleneck period of development.This paper investigates the development of cultural and creative industries in Hunan Province,discover the problems faced by the development of cultural and creative industries,and from the perspective of industrial agglomeration and industrial relevance,this paper studies the economic benefits brought by the cultural and creative industries of Hunan Province to the coordinated development of other industries.On this basis,relevant policy suggestions are put forward to enhance the agglomeration effect of cultural and creative industries and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,Help Hunan Province to develop cultural and creative industries with local characteristics to find new breakthroughs.Firstly,this paper integrates the literature and theoretical basis of various definitions and categories of "cultural and creative industries",industrial agglomeration theory and industrial relevance theory.Then it analyzes the development trend,industrial agglomeration and industrial association of Hunan Province.In the empirical part,we use the input-output analysis and the gray correlation analysis to measure the correlation between the cultural and creative industries and the three industries in Hunan Province.The results show that:(1)There is a close relationship between the cultural and creative industries and the three industries in Hunan Province,and the industry itself has a high internal relationship,which is suitable for the cluster development;(2)The spread effect on the industry as a whole shows the characteristics of "high influence and low sensitivity",indicating that the radiation driving effect is not enough,and there is still potential to be explored.Finally,it summarizes the whole paper,finds that the existing problems of cultural and creative industry in hunan province are as follows:The overall development is stable,but the internal structure of the industry is unbalanced;There are regional differences due to the low industrial relevance among regions;The development of market entities in cultural and creative industries is insufficient;Low R&D investment and insufficient innovation driving force;Inadequate input of various elements.According to the problems explored by the Research Institute,the government of Hunan Province put forward objective proposals:(?)Optimize industrial structure and strengthen deep integration among industries;(2)Promote the coordinated development of regions and strengthen the industrial connection of agglomeration areas;(3)Strengthen the main body of the cultural market and build a superior cultural industry brand;(4)Increase investment in policies and funds for talent and technology R&D;(5)Cultivate new formats and new consumption patterns of cultural industries.
