Tai Zhou School was an important school of the rest of Yang Ming School. The mind theory, which mainly focused the mind and nature, was a field of Yang Ming Mind Theory in the late Ming Dynasty. The factors form Tai Zhou Mind Thought included innate knowledge and three religions coexist in Ming Dynasty. It put emphasis on Great Learning only, and thought that scriptures depend on self-realization. The practice of Tai Zhou School deeply effected by the rise of common classes and the inner experience of scholars’ life confusion.In this paper, the author uses methods source, which is content with the nature of the mind. The author wants to figure out common features through Wang gen, Wang ji, Luo rufang and Li zhi. Tai Zhou School’s core idea include the joy and the original substance, the state of having neither good nor evil, sentiment and selfishness are constitutional. Investigation of things and respect for the body, sincerity and cautious, happy learning and education are main achievement, people’s daily life and Tao have combination with ontology and kongfu, which shows a natural temperament, moral practice and ideas of religious feelings as a realm and pursuit of life. Finally, the paper shows its ideology intermediation natural life and norm morality, and the understated mind is the goal of sanctification approach. Of course, the situation is also legitimate private innovations flooding caused most emotion the era of influence. Admittedly, self-essence naturalism of Tai Zhou School disposition which contains this idea in people’s daily life. It enlightening for today’s live in the present moment society.
