The form of characters is always changing. The differences of the form of characters is large in different lands and there are no rules. In the period, there exists the differences of the form of characters. we should not only see its internal differences, to see the similarity. and can’t ignore the same. In addition, this period belongs to a part of the characters, it also has the development of commonality.its internal development mechanism concretes to thinking development of human that concrete image transit to abstract.We observed that the similar form of characters exists in such chaos of period. Ancient Proses on stones is similar in shape to characters of Qin Department. They are close to each other in territory, all kinds of contact in politics and a variety of effects in culture. The differences of characters consist in the two countries, but there also exists a kind of symbolic phenomenon. Ancient Proses on stones is in a period of transition. On the one hand, it earrys on the tradition of the Western Zhou period bronze inscriptions on the other hand, it has important influence on the seal character fonts. Stylized components are preserved, and become a part of other characters. These parts not only have similar fonts, even the content of the change shall be preserved. Although fonts are directly different and more controversy in the system of the characters of Warring States, they are still conform to the law of development of the characters. This article mainly study the form similar and symbolic inscriptions on the Ancient Proses on stones and the characters of other country in Warring States.Pointed out that the characters of Warring States are different in form,and at the same time there is a similar form.
