Ancient Chinese Dictionary of Warring States Period is the first comprehensive dictionary which is a masterpiece studying on the Chinese characters in warring states period.Mr.He Linyi devoted his life to the research work and took the trouble to condense the research findings and insights into this masterpiece by hand,which benefits future generations and clears the obstacles of the research on ancient Chinese characters.However,the dictionary is bound by The Times inevitably,and it is normal to have mistakes and omissions.In recent years,new materials of ancient Chinese characters have been constantly published,and the research on ancient Chinese characters has been developing rapidly with fruitful results.Therefore,the revision work is very necessary.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research purpose and significance,research status,research conditions and research methods.The second part is the text,and i will edit Zhi Yun,Zheng Yun,You Yun,Dong Yun,Xiao Yun,He Wen and Appendix.The revision contents include: First,wrong in imitation of ancient Chinese characters form.Second,wrong in the source of the font.Third,wrong in translation of the sentences composed of ancient Chinese characters.Forth,wrong in interpretation of ancient Chinese characters.Fifth,wrong in literature references.The third part is the conclusion,which summarizes the content of the second part.
