Prosody with popular words refers to the words of cadence and priorities, as an important subsystem of the phonetics, its at different linguistic levels can be shown as tone, intonation, stress, rhythm, etc. Prosody in verbal communication not only conveys information such as syntax, semantics, pragmatics, and transmit paralanguage information and the characteristics of the speakers. Each language has its own phonetic features with prosodic features, and compared with the segmental feature more complex and subtle, not easy to imitate. Second language learners in the speech learning process, very little contact prosodic knowledge, although they can be the standard learning vowels and consonants, but still lack of native speakers sound "flavor", even though a few gifted learners may inadvertently learned more or less the prosody of knowledge, but most of the learners can’t grasp. At present, the general situation of second language speech prosody acquisition is the lack of understanding of the second language prosody rules and the lack of second language learners prosodic errors summary, These problems for Uyghur speech prosody as a second language acquisition is no exception. Uyghur is an Altaic Turkic language, no tone, with the stress and unique prosodic structure, are Han language native speakers Uyghur phonetics learning difficulties. The research on the problem of the Uyghur language prosody in this paper can not only deepen the understanding of the prosodic features of the noumenon of the language, but also provide the basic principles for learners to correct the errors of the Uyghur language prosody. In this paper, we carried out research into Uyghur prosodic rules and Han language native speakers in Uyghur prosody expression error from intonation and stress. The research adopted the methods of experimental phonetics and selected 10 Han language native speakers, 6 Uyghur language native speakers as experimental subjects. We designed two groups’ corpora according to different purposes: intonation part, we compared the pitch data of Han language native speakers to that of Uyghur language native speakers, and then we analyzed the differences between their intonations, finally, we explored the intonation errors of Han language native speakers; stress part, we compared the pitch data and duration data of Han language native speakers to those of Uyghur speakers, and then we analyzed the differences between their stresses, finally, we explored the stress errors of Han language native speakers. The results showed that: in terms of intonation, although the declarative intonation contour and interrogative intonation contour of Han language native speakers are similar to those of Uyghur language native speakers, but their pitch curves’ internal trends are not entirely consistent, Han language native speakers output declarative intonation was poured under the overall trend, but the decline is slightly less than the Uyghur language native speakers, analyses interrogative intonation was overall upward trend, but the rise is smaller than the Uyghur language native speakers, In declarative and interrogative intonation, In the declarative sentence and interrogative sentence, sentence pitch range less than Uyghur language native speakers’, the head tone group range and the middle tone group range were greater than Uyghur speakers’, the end tone group range was significantly less than Uyghur speakers’, The fluctuation degree of the end tone group range was significantly less than that of Uyghur language native speakers. Han language native speakers’ bearing quantity of the final tone group range and amplitude are clearly less than Uyghur language native speakers’. In Uyghur declarative intonation, the achievement of the last tone relies on the sharp fall of the lower line of the final tone group range. In Uyghur interrogative intonation, the achievement of the last tone relies on the sharp rise of the upper line of the final tone group range. From Han language native speakers’ output, such impact of the lower line of final tone group range is less apparent in declarative sentences, so did the upper line of final tone group in interrogative sentences. The experimental results show that Han language native speakers are not capable enough of showing intonation by taking advantage of the variation of tone range, so it is easy to cause errors. In terms of stress, pitch and duration are the main factors of Uyghur stress, under normal circumstances, the Han language native speakers stress in terms of range and length is slightly lower than the output of Uyghur language native speakers, Uyghur language native speakers in the treatment of the first focal sentence stress expression, tend to be more natural expression of focus words, it is different from Han language native speakers. Overall, Han language native speakers can use pitch means and duration means highlight stress, but the ability to use weak, focus on performance in the range expanding and lengthening the ability. Finally, the paper analyzed the causes of the errors, and discussed the enlightenment to teaching on the basis of the experimental conclusion.
