| As the number of Chinese learners increases, the related research on Chinese as a second language acquisition has also had rapid development during last decade. In the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, with the development of Chinese ontology researches such as vocabulary,’ grammar, pragmatics, and phonology, the study of Chinese rhythm has received more and more attention from scholars. In the study of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, initials, vowels and tones have received more attention as basic learning of speech, while other rhythms such as stress, border, etc.have often been shelved. The acquisition of vocal and consonant vowels is of great importance to Chinese learners at the initial stage. In the advanced stage, more attention should be paid to the acquisition and practice of prosody and boundary.Studying the rhythmic characteristics of ambiguity disambiguation among foreign students at the advanced Chinese level will help us understand the current situation of second language prosody acquisition. It can enrich the theory of Chinese acquisition as a second language acquisition, and can also be used for the teaching of foreign language classes and the preparation of teaching materials. This article selects foreign students who are native speakers of Korean and English(HSK level 5 and above)and native speakers of Chinese as experimental pronunciation speakers, each number is 6 people. The experimental corpora are Chinese ambiguity structures that can be disambiguated with prosodic boundaries and accents. They mainly examine the rhythmic characteristics and differences of disambiguation of Chinese ambiguous structures by Chinese native speakers and Korean and English speakers. The study finds that:1.For different types of ambiguity structures, whether they are Chinese native speakers or Chinese second language speakers, their rhythmic characteristics in disambiguation are different.2.For disambiguation phrases with the same combinational hierarchy and different structural relationships, the disambiguation methods used by the speakers of Chinese,Korean and English are the same, all in terms of length change and boundary pause, but the frequency of pauses used by second language learners is higher than Chinese native speakers.3.Among the different ambiguity phrases at different levels of composition, pauses in the process of disambiguation of native Chinese speakers do not constitute major rhythmic features.Actually,Korean native speakers use pauses to eliminate ambiguity more;compared to native Chinese speakers, second language speakers are easier to use the changes in the length of each part to eliminate ambiguity;in terms of pitch, the second-language and Chinese have shown consistency in many aspects.4.The expression of Chinese stress in Chinese native speakers is usually accompanied by long duration, prominent pitch, and widening of the sound intensity, but there is no primary-second relationship between the three acoustic characteristics.Chinese native speaker stress performance will be accompanied by different rhythmic features according to different types.5.For the semantic focus ambiguity type, the highlighting of the treble point is the prosodic feature of the Korean native speaker at the semantic focus, and English native speakers do not show consistent rhythmic features.6.For semantic types of ambiguity, the extension of the duration is the prosodic feature of the native speakers of Korean in the real semantics. The highlighting of the highest pitch and the extension of the duration are the prosodic features of the native English speaker at the real semantics.7.For the semantic-pointing ambiguity type, the second language speaker mainly shows that the semantics point to the extension of the pitch length of the relevant syllables and highlighting of the highest pitch, while different sentence patterns are still accompanied by different rhythm features, and there are also some sentence patterns that do not show rhythm consistency of features. This study reveals the rhythmic characteristics of disambiguation of different types of ambiguous structures in Chinese by senior Chinese students and Chinese native speakers, and has guiding significance for Chinese learners of second language. |
