Inquiry Of The “Tang Code” On The Protection Of The Rights Of The Aged

The Tang Dynasty was an important period of development of ancient history on. In politics, economy has made great achievements, the Tang Dynasty formed its own unique legal system of respecting elderly but effective, making Chinese traditional culture of filial piety in that time has been greatly encouraged. This article is based on the typical period of the Tang Dynasty, to the provisions concerning protection rights of the elderly, "Tang Code" set forth to explore, to explore the ideological foundation and focus on the specific content of the above-described various items of the law and concluded that the above active role and limitations prescribed by law, to further explore these legal provisions relevant to today’s society, law-making and institution building Lessons Learned.This paper is divided into four parts to describe.
