The concept of natural rights is the central theory of eco-ethics (or environmental ethics) disciplines, this article will elaborate the natural rights from different angles with four chapters. The first chapter introduces the basic information of the natural rights, mainly make an overview of the natural right from the meaning of the natural rights, the theoretical research status of natural rights, natural rights research and practical significances, etc. Deterioration of the environment spurred people to reflect their behavior of transforming the nature and to readjust the relationship between man and nature, and to realize the harmony between man and nature. The first part of the second chapter,"the objective logic from inherent rights to natural rights" is an important theoretical basis for the existence of natural rights. From their generation and development, natural rights ideas are permeated with ideological content of natural rights. The second part:as the concept "rights" has historicity, the main scope of its meaning are constantly changing, which implements the expansion of the rights of the subject three times:the first is to expand from the human to the animal; the second time is to expand from animal to organisms; The third is to expand to the entire biological ecosystem (including the earth, stones, soil, etc.). The third part:to argue for the realization of natural rights from three dimensions:natural rights, natural values, and natural law, to provide a theoretical basis for the realization of the natural rights. The third chapter, different schools from different angles questioned on the natural rights, so the implementation of natural rights is not easy, but after a bumpy progress, may nature and human achieve harmony between man and nature. The chapter four, mainly to question two aspects of the anthropocentrism’s argument for "natural rights" theory, and to remind people to have a sense of natural rights, to respect for nature is to respect for human rights. In our case:external causes of natural rights is achieved and maintained according to the law of nature through national legislation, by which can we achieve the Chinese dream with a beautiful Chinese charm, harmonious society.
