Countermeasures To Strengthen The Building Of Enterprise Culture Through Confucian Visual Threshold Of Culture

World today is undergoing major development, major changes and major adjustments, the status and role of culture in the competition of comprehensive national strength is more prominent. All round deepening reform, accelerating the transformation of economic development mode, the establishment of modern enterprise system and culture are increasingly becoming important factors in the overall strength of modern enterprise competition,and increasingly becoming important supports for the development of modern enterprise. In order to enhance the company’s soft power in the competition and sustainable development, modern enterprises must actively build enterprise culture.
