Intermediate spoken Chinese is a very important stage for the foreign students to learn spoken Chinese, it not only strengthens the ability of the primary stage of learning, but also lays a solid foundation for improving spoken Chinese. Classroom teaching is an important part of students’ language learning, speech interaction between teachers and students is the basic way to carry out classroom teaching. It will help to improve the students’ interest in learning as well as the students’ communicative competence. This research mainly uses the classroom observation to find out the status quo of the intermediate spoken Chinese classroom interactions, by recording the real intermediate oral Chinese courses, and then by using text transcription method of the recording material, statistical analysis was carried out on transcripts. Statistics and analysis are developed from the three aspects of classroom: activities, teacher’s language and the language of the students.
