Tajikistan is located in central Asia.Tajikistan is very importent to China especially to China's“one belt one road” on the path of peaceful development.In recent years,more and more students come to China to learn Chinese,at the same time,our country's outstanding teachers and students in tajikistan as Chinese teachers,Chinese volunteers,they push forward to the friendly exchanges and make progress in the economic trade between the two countries.Teachers and students are the main body of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,this paper takes the two main body as the research object,mainly uses the classroom observation to study the Chinese language classroom interaction.Tajikistan national language institute is a training students' language of colleges and universities,the author made 5 videos of 5 classes of Tajikistan' 3volunteers and 2 trainees in the national language institutemade,at the same time,the author choose a section of Beijing language and culture university foreign language model lesson video,compared with the novice teachers.The author studied the watch list at home and abroad,according to the characteristics of Chinese as a foreign language classroom to improve the foreign language classroom observation scale,on the observation method the author borrows Flanders observation system,every 5 seconds to record one data.The author observed and recorded video of skilled teachers and novice teachers in interactive situation,statistical and calculate the interaction ratio,management ratio,teachers praise,at the end,the author give the novice teachers some Suggestions on the classroom interaction.
