Antisocial personality and criminal behavior are closely linked,and it’s brought great threat to social security.The destructive behavior as a result even affect the global economy.At this point, our people’s army as the guardian of the country, play the role of the justice and the model.Therefore,to fully improve the quality of troops, guarantee the purity of justice, prevent all kinds of people with mental illness, especially Antisocial Personality Disorder crowd into the troops.Based on this, the national recruitment psychological test technology center has developed the conscription psychological test system for our country. At present, the annual inspection for millions of youth, and the number that directly eliminating psychological barriers of high risk is 35000. This system effectively prevented many types of major psychiatric high risk groups into the force, to ensure the quality of military manpower. However, the system program including artificial interview, this step will be to interview the doctor put forward higher requirements.Once the interview doctors appear omissions or interview itself lacks enough qualification experience, will affect the outcome of structured plan, even some of the high risk population in this would be defined as "qualified", this will reduce the quality of troops. Found in recruiting psychological testing practice, because of the mental health of medical development across the country are uneven, more than 70% of the department’s interviewers of military equipment were lack clinical experience.As the key point,the interviewer’s ablity restricts the effectiveness of the test.Therefore, research and development of new testing tools which can help interview doctors better checking with the computer positive youth who were recruited by psychological testing is a realistic problem that needed to be solved.Situational Judgment Test has the high surface validity, because this type of test can truley measured the situation.Until now,SJT hasn’t wieldly used,especially in personality department.There still need more research to solve the problem which influence SJT’s effectiveness.This research use SJT as the method to develop the personality inventory which for screening the abnormal people in society.The search will be divided into two parts. The first part is to compile the antisocial personality disorder situational judgment test, collecting the key situations from interview method,and collecting the options from the related behavior about the scene.The second part is the implementation of the test and result analysis.By adopting the theory of psychological measurement and psychology statistical method to test the item, reliability, etcThe main research results:1. The combination of CCMD 3 and DSM Ⅳ TR in antisocial dimensions, wrote half open structure interview table, critical incident interview on 53 juvenile collected 51 related situation.Will organize situational questions dry collection behavior options in the form of questionnaire, collecting 225 behavior options.2. The panel discussion, screen out, after the merger, form contains 45, 177 behavior options of the initial test.The best guide language behavior.Combined with empirical type and rating methodology of deductive, set the standard answer.3. After a preliminary survey statistical results, screen out does not accord with a standard project, eventually form contains 25 situation, 100 behavior options repetition tests, used in a large number of measured.4. The internal consistency reliability of the test is: 0.875;Retest reliability is: 0.719.Normal control group of people with ASPD crowd test results significant difference, t = 16.691,(p < 0.01).Combining with the Chinese Soldier Personality Questionnaire, according to the results of many indexes of when the results of this test scores more than 14 points, can be directly under out conclusions. The main conclusions:Verified by multi step antisocial personality disorder situational judgment test, has the good psychology statistical indicators, can be used for further promotion.
