| This paper is a study of the hero myth in the Portrait of Han Dynasty of Fine Arts Studies. Early nations of the world have worshiped heroes, ancient China is no exception. The Portrait of Han Dynasty as a typical image reflects the ethnic characteristics of worship of hero myth before Han Dynasty. The paper from the start of the hero myth image of the Han Dynasty, depth study the some thing about hero myth image of the Han Dynasty, such as the sources, the types, the developments and performance in the art of the Han Dynasty. Then we would further analysis of these images’ profound impact on Chinese culture and Chinese artistic spirit. Paper will start on three aspects:Firstly, from the perspective of Chinese traditional culture and history of civilization, digs the uniqueness of Chinese heroic mythology and hero worship consciousness. Then, combing with the new cultural mindset of the myth and hero myth in Han Dynasty, exploring the ancient Chinese myths and heroes hero worship is rooted in a profound awareness of Chinese culture in the soil has a unique cultural identity. Secondly, sorting the hero myth image of the Han Dynasty and link these papers to the related records of ancient Chinese mythology, in order to study each piece of the constituent elements of the hero myth and the potential significance of the image. Finally, classify study different narrative modes and its image is how to achieve the purpose of the narrative in the space and the time.
