A comparative study of EEG about different level of relaxation, most of them are reviewed or empirical research and done relatively few experimental studies. This study focuses on the perspective from the experiment to compare muscle relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, omphaloskepsis training, such as the similarities and differences. Probe the extent of activation in different regions of the brain thoroughly.Methods:selecting 30 students physical and mental health of college students were tested. The subjects participated in relaxation training for a period of two months,2-3 times a week, ranging from relaxation training (muscle relaxation, mindfulness, meditation, omphaloskepsis). Then collected by EEG, compare different relaxation training under different brain regions of EEGResults:1. while accepting relaxation training subjects’brain waves have decreased than not receiving relaxation training subjects’brain waves, meditation relaxation effect is better and easier to get people into a state of deep relaxation.2. To accept mindfulness relaxation and meditation relaxation training, brain cell excitability strength have decreased, manifested as discharge have weakened, after relaxing, the δ、θ、α1、α2、β wave have declined, but α3 wave upward, indicating brain cell excitability synchronization.3. Brain cell excitability of muscle relaxation is related with frontal brain regions, brain cell excitability of mindfulness relaxation is related with central brain regions, brain cell excitability of meditation relaxation is related with occipital brain regions, brain cell excitability of omphaloskepsis relaxation is related with temporal lobe brain regions.4. In comparison with the brain waves are not relaxed, mindfulness relaxation and meditation relaxation are more stable on brain waves, and achieve significant differences in the levels in most brain regions.5. Compared to four different ways to relax at 8 wave generated by the brain, meditation relax in the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe and occipital brain regions is significantly lower than omphaloskepsis relax; Meditation relaxation in the frontal brain regions have generated 9 wave was significantly lower than mindfulness relaxation have generated; The omphaloskepsis relax in the frontal lobe region have generated a wave is significantly higher than the rest of the way to relax have generated, and a waves have generated of parietal and central brain region are significantly higher than mindfulness relaxation have generated.
