The Study On Evaluation University Human Settlements

In recent years, our country have began to carry out economic transformation and gradually stepped into the China’s New Normal.With the optimization and upgrading of economic structure, the development of society needs more talent injection. The development of higher education has been the concern and support of the state and society. China’s higher education in recent years has achieved the transformation from"elite" to "pop". The number of university students has increased dramatically, meanwhile, the university human settlements are under great pressure.Domestic universities have begun to place expansion or relocation.Construction of the university human settlements have entered a new stage.However, the problems in the construction of the university human settlements began to emerge gradually.But the quality of the university human settlements plays a vital role in the cultivation of talents.Therefore, the problems in the university human settlements need us to explore and solve.Based on the definition of the concept of universityhuman settlements, the paper analyzed the characteristics of university human settlements.On the basis of the research contents of theuniversity human settlements, the paper divided the university human settlements into five major systems.On this basis, the evaluation index system of human settlements is designedto be 5 first-level indicators which includes environmental system, residential system, cultural system, teaching system and management system,11 second-levelindicators and 32 third-levelindicators. After the data were initially removed and processed, the evaluation results of human settlements quality in six universities were obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process. After the data were initially processed, the paper using the analytic hierarchy process got the evaluation results of human settlements quality in six universities. Then analyzed the overall evaluation results of the university human settlements, the system and the individual indicators.lt can be seen that the overall score of the new university of the overall quality of human settlements is higher, ranking on the front.The new university scores higher in the residential system and management system, scores lower in the cultural system.The old university scores higher in the cultural system.Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the university human settlements in Hebei Province, meanwhile, provides reference for the improvement and development of the university human settlements.
