The Research On Archaeological Remains Of Longshan Period In Northwest Of Hebei

The Northwest district of Hebei province is a vital area on the communication and combination between Pre-historic culture of Central Plains and the Northern cultural.Usually,scholars put the remains of Longshan Period in a bigger area which refers the North of Shanxi-Shan’xi-Hebei province and the mid-southern of Inner Mongolia province. They support that both of them have much consistency. And they always cover the remains of Longshan Period in the westnorthern of Hebei province by relative culture such as Laohushan Culture and You’ao Culture.Recently, we haven’t get the conculsion of whether we can fit this kind of remains into the centralized culture system or different type of culture.During this passage which is achieved on the basis of existing data and research results, I divide the northwestern of Hebei province into three parts which include Bashang district,mountain basin area and Jingxi district from the aspect of natural physiognomy. By using the Cultural factor analysis method,I divide these area into two parts(one is earlier while the other is later)and five terms,aiming to establish the complete spectrum of the development in Northwest region of Culture Age Long shan. As the result, we can clarify the cultural characteristics of those-dictricts.In a wider significance,w can announce the cultural evolution of Longshan Culture in the Northwest region of Hebei province by paralleling it and relevant culture of Longshan Period.The paper is divided into five parts as follows:Chapter 1:Preface. It mainly introduces the purpose and meaning of this passage, making a brief description on the methods of the research.Chapter 2:Recent research status of the Neolithic remains of Longshan Period in Northwest region of Hebei province.It mainly introduces the discovery and study of the archaeological remains of Longshan Period in Northwestern Hebei.The climate factors of Longshan Period in Hebei province is introduced with the aid of prehistoric climate research.Chapter 3:Remaining installments of the late Neolithic Era in northwest region of Hebei province. Through the typology studies of remains of Longshan Period in the northwestern Hebei province, I conclude the Cultural characteristic of all these regions and the Cultural pedigree of this region during Longshan Period.Chapter 4:The Relationship between remains of Neolithic Era in northwest region of Hebei province and surrounding cultures. Based on the introduction of surrounding cultural in northwest Hebei province of of Longshan Period, I try to discuss the communication situation between northwest of Hebei province and the ’three North’by use Cultural factors analysis method. Meanwhile,under the context of cultural communication and climate evolution.I introduce the social production of this region in such term.Chapter 5:conclusion:illustration of the main understanding of cultural remains.
