General Test Of The Nanjing National Government Civil Service In Hebei Province During The Period Of Study

In the early days of Nanjing national government founded, in order to select able people to defend its domination, Nanjing national government implemented the examination of civil servant to select its bureaucrats. And after the government implemented high examination, some provinces began to adopt common examination of civil service.Hebei province was a big province in Nanjing national government, it took the lead adopting common examination of civil service in 1933. After this, the examination could not carry out because the war was critical. After the liberation of anti-Japanese war, the common examination went on. At present, the history of academic circles is not involving to the common examination of civil service in Hebei province. So the thesis adopts some data to analysis the common examination of Hebei province in some aspects.The thesis has five parts, the first is the origin of the common examination of Hebei province in Nanjing national government. The second is the general situation of the common examination in Hebei province. The third is the reasonable aspect of the common examination in Hebei province. The forth is the limitation of the common examination in Hebei province. The last part is the characteristics of the common examination, we can get some experiences from the common examination.
