The Research Of Characteristics Of Hunan Shadow Play’s Folk Culture

Hunan province is a big province of central Chinese culture, is one of the important birthplace of southwest minority culture, Xianghu culture has a long history, with more than 50 ethnic minorities, and gave birth to multiple local culture. Every kind of Hunan local culture resources has a strong local cultural characteristics, is closely linked with the history of thousands of years. Hunan shadow play, which represents the traditional culture of Hunan first stage art, representing a part of Hunan traditional craft culture the most clever.However, the shadow of the status quo is not optimistic.The traditional older puppeteers are advanced in age, and there are few young people willing to inherit this art, so the situation is not optimistic about the art of shadow play.At the same time, with the diversification of media, the shadow was forgotten in the hearts of people, disappeared from life and culture in our experience. Less and less involved in the life and culture of our experience. The province is relatively small for Hunan shadow research, did not find relevant books the author mainly accounted for,more authoritative journals is less than ten. As a traditional craft culture in Hunan Province, should arouse more attention.This paper discusses the history and the distribution of Hunan shadow play situation, process modeling features,Wangcheng and Xiangtan visited Changsha Folk Shadow artists,inheritance and restrictions and so on, mainly from the perspective of intangible cultural heritage protection research, respectively between December 2015 in-depth folk artists do visit in July 2015, mainly visit Hunan Xiangtan the city of Wangcheng, and Hunan puppet theatre, got real and objective first-hand information. As a cultural province,the shadow culture protection, research,propaganda is relatively weak, the author puts forward some suggestions and ideas based on the current situation in Hunan province and shadow art protection, as well as the relationship between mining shadow arts and culture of Xianghu and Hunan local opera drama, living habits and cultural customs. Based on the field investigation method, supplemented by literature survey, hoping to contribute to the shadow culture this precious intangible cultural heritage.
