Victimization, be bullied, refers to be someone who suffers from one or some of his peers to exert negative behavior on his or her body or psychology, including two forms: offline(reality environment) and online(network environment).There are many factors that influence the victimization, parenting style, peer relationship are more important. This research investigated 622 junior high school students filling the questionnaires involving five junior school in Heilongjiang Province. The statistical processing method for the collected data is descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and mediator effect analysis. Purpose is to understand how parenting styles and peer relationship influence to junior high school students victimization.The results are showed as follows.1. Offline and online victimization is pervasive in junior high school, and there are significant gender differences in offline victimization.2. There are significant differences between offline victimization and online victimization.3. There are significant differences between junior high school student with bullying behavior and without bullying behavior in being bullied.4. There are two significantly positive correlation between parental refusal and being bullied, parental over protection and being bullied. There are one significantly negative correlation between parental emotional warmth.5. Peer acceptance is negatively correlated with being bullied. Peer rejection is positibely correlated with being bullied.6. Peer relationship mediated the relation partially between parenting style and victimization.
