The Art Of Writing Of Network Time-Travel Novels In Contemporary China

Network Time-travel Novels in contemporary China has experienced ten years of development, has been loved and sought after by readers, and became an important type of network literature. In this paper,it take Tong Hua, Li Xin and Tianxia Guiyuan’s works as examples,based on the grasp of their works. From the perspective of the art of writing analyze the cultural connotations.This paper mainly consists of four parts. The first part introduces the research status of network time-travel novels and traces the past“time-travel” phenomena,both in China and abroad. Meanwhile, the paper will define the existing network time-travel novels.The second part discussed the writing purpose of network time-travel novels in Contemporary China. There are three points lies behind the purpose, first is to meet the writers’ emotional needs; second is to experience the life of their dream; and the last is to display the feminism.The third part analyzed the unique art within time and space of network time-travel novels. Beginning with the types of spatiotemporal patterns, the role in time and space of the novel were analyzed. And the two elements were involved in the narrative and the features in unity of time and space.The fourth part starting from the post-modern perspective, exploring the network time-travel novel’s collage, parody, misappropriation of creative expression.
