Time and space processing is one of the main methods of documentary creation,and it is the main means of showing authenticity,reflecting documentary,highlighting artistry and creating good audio-visual effects.In the process of documentary creation,a comprehensive use of various spatio-temporal processing techniques to structure the film can better improve the ornamental value of the documentary.In the process of designing the graduation work,it uses the techniques of real space-time presentation,virtual space-time design and space-time changing and adopts the progressive narrative structure with time as its axis.It shows the story of Guangshan Huagu Theatre Troupe's success in overcoming difficulties in preparing for the Spring Festival Gala in Xinyang City in2019.Combining with the creative practice of graduation works,this thesis expounds the skills and significance of documentary space-time processing.Firstly,it elaborates the background,research methods and innovation points of the selected topic,mainly discusses the origin and significance of the selected topic,and clarifies the importance of spatio-temporal processing in the documentary.Secondly,by consulting relevant literature,observing excellent documentaries and learning the experience of space-time processing in documentaries,this paper summarizes the presentation of space-time processing in documentaries,and discusses the presentation of real space-time,the design of virtual space and the application of space-time changing from three aspects.Thirdly,combining with the creation practice of documentaries,this thesis focus on the spatio-temporal processing skills of documentaries,analyzing the processing skills of real space-time through the discourse of real space-time and the spatio-temporal flow of images;analyzing the processing techniques of virtual space and time through the reconstruction of space and time breakpoints and the integration of historical image data;Through the linear connection of the picture and the intentional changing of space and time,it analyzes the processing skills of time and space changing.Finally,it expresses the significance of the spatial-temporal processing of documentaries.
