Synonym analysis is the difficulty of vocabulary teaching.No matter how experienced teachers are,they maybe don’t know how to answer the questions in the classroom such as"what’s the difference between the equipment and facilities"and"what’s the difference between the scene and scenery".But it is a kind of problem that we face inevitably.In terms of teachers,synonym is difficult to teach.However,in terms of students,synonym is also very important because how many synonyms they master can be a standard to measure whether their vocabulary is rich enough.At the same time,synonyms also have some differences.They can be used generally in most conditions,but in some conditions can not swap.For some students,to master these conditions is much more difficult than to learn a new word,therefore,it is difficult to learn synonyms.In recent years,a lot of synonym analysis reference books published,which means the efforts of teaching fraternity,but often you can’t find the words you want to look up or though there is an analysis on the reference book,it is not accurate so that cannot be used for teaching,which requires teachers to differentiate themselves.On the basis of the analysis clearly,we should think how to translate them into teaching guiding ideology:in the former period focus on language itself(pay attention to language regular itself)and in the latter stress on teaching research(the teaching regularity and strategy).This paper bases“gang(刚)”“gang cai(刚才)”“gang gang(刚刚)”on the research objects.Firstly analyze them from the semantic,syntactic and pragmatic aspects and make clear their similarities and differences(ontology).Then,on this basis,try to translate the conclusion of ontology research into teaching guiding ideology.The paper is divided into four parts:The first part:analyze“gang(刚)”“gang cai(刚才)”on the semantic,syntactic and pragmatic aspects.In semantic aspects,this paper time span differences and fuzzy phenomenon of time limit between two words.In syntactic aspects,these two words can use with body tag word and modify the same predicate verb to express the different meanings.In pragmatic aspects,this article points out two differentiate points:one is the information focus when"gang"or"gang cai"acts as adverbial sentences,and the other is that two words express different meanings in different contexts.The second part:analyze“gang(刚)”“gang gang(刚刚)”on the semantic,syntactic and pragmatic aspects.On the semantics,firstly,this paper expounds their general situation as time adverbs.Then point out that the degree difference,such as differences in the speed and the quantity.On the syntax,mainly analyze from three aspects about its function,the relative position and the collocation with other words in the sentence.In pragmatics,from the Chinese language rhythm,"gang"and"gang cai"will use differently due to the single and double syllable difference and folding words.The third part:analyze“gang(刚)”“gang cai(刚才)”“gang gang(刚刚)”on the semantic,syntactic and pragmatic aspects.The forth part: synonyms teaching methods: penetration, error correction and practice. Penetration starts from word meaning, grammar and context teaching. Error correction strategies include explicit correction, clever hints, rules, examples, positive guidance, native language tips and so on. Practice should pay attention to context, time and strategy.
